Shipping Policy — Hayk Heritage

At Hayk Heritage, every garment is made to order. We work with trusted production partners in the United States and Europe to produce and deliver our apparel.

Delivery times depend on the product, production location, shipping destination, and carrier. The estimates below include both production and shipping unless otherwise stated.

1. United States Shipping

Orders produced and delivered within the United States typically follow these timelines:

Production: 2–5 business days.
Standard/Economy Shipping: 3–7 business days after production.
Estimated Total Delivery: 5–12 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

2. European Shipping — EU Available Products

Selected Hayk Heritage products display an EU Available badge. These products offer European production and fulfillment options, helping reduce international shipping times for customers in Europe.

EU Available products may be produced and dispatched from Germany or the Czech Republic, depending on the garment and production partner.

Estimated Total Delivery: Approximately 7–14 business days, including production and shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, production schedule, and carrier.

Customers should select the appropriate EU product option, where available, to receive European fulfillment.

3. International Shipping — U.S.-Fulfilled Products

Products without a European fulfillment option may be produced and shipped from the United States.

For international customers ordering U.S.-fulfilled products:

Estimated Total Delivery: Approximately 2–4 weeks, including production and international transit.
Some destinations or shipments may require additional time due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping options.

4. Production and Fulfillment

Hayk Heritage uses multiple production partners and fulfillment centers in the United States and Europe.

Production locations vary by product and selected variant. Orders containing multiple items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate shipments.

All delivery timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

5. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use shipping carriers selected by our fulfillment partners, which may include USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or taxes depending on the destination country and shipping origin.

Unless expressly collected at checkout, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Orders fulfilled within the European Union and delivered to EU destinations generally do not require customs import clearance.

7. Delays and Delivery Estimates

Although we work to meet our estimated delivery windows, production and shipping delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, increased order volume, weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and investigating the shipment.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Hayk Heritage at info@haykheritage.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, when possible.

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partners to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
