Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Hayk Heritage. Each piece is made to order with intention, which allows us to reduce waste and produce responsibly.

Because of this, we do not accept general returns for change of mind.


Damages, Issues & Sizing Support

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if there is a sizing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will work with you on:

  • a replacement

  • an exchange

  • or another appropriate resolution

Our goal is to make sure you receive a product that meets our standard.


Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we do not process traditional returns for size changes. However, if you need help with sizing, reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping may apply depending on the situation


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
