Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Hayk Heritage. Every garment is made to order, helping us reduce unnecessary production and waste.

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selections, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every order to meet our quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact info@haykheritage.com as soon as possible, preferably within:

• 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders

• 30 days of delivery for international orders

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

These reporting periods do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Size Exchanges

Please review the size guide before placing your order.

Because garments are made to order, we do not offer exchanges or free reprints when a customer selects the wrong size, except where required by law.

If you receive a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us so we can correct the issue.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

Customers covered by EU consumer protection laws generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email info@haykheritage.com with your order information and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

After notifying us, you generally have another 14 days to return the goods. We will provide return instructions. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Hayk Heritage, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Certain genuinely personalized or custom-made products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Standard Hayk Heritage designs offered in preset sizes and colors are not automatically exempt merely because they are printed after an order is placed.

Refunds

When a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.

For eligible EU withdrawals, applicable statutory refund deadlines and delivery-cost reimbursement requirements will be observed.

Nothing in this policy limits customers' statutory rights concerning defective, incorrectly supplied, or nonconforming goods.
