Astghik rendered as a classical figure — ivory and cool teal, framed within an archival print. She carries the jug at her shoulder, a gold star above her, the words "Carry It Forward" running down the left edge. Editorial. Deliberate. A mythological icon formatted like a collector's issue.

The Goddess

Astghik was the Armenian goddess of love, beauty, and water. Daughter of Aramazd, sister of Anahit — but where Anahit embodied enduring strength, Astghik embodied what gives life its meaning: flow, nourishment, the force that never demands attention but never stops.

She was tied to the Aratsani river and to the rose, her sacred flower. Vardavar — the Armenian summer water festival still celebrated today — was originally her feast.

The Carry

For those who wear mythology with intention. Something ancient, archived, carried forward.
